3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) 636ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 636ph login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 636ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 636ph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation requested, including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Closure. 636ph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 636ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 636ph's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. 636ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 636ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the 636ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.1 636ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 636ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 636ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the 636ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
6.2 636ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in professional studio environments.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 636ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. 636ph's decision in such matters is final.
